Used, tested working. Fuse cap edge is cracked off, still works, but may expose a small lip of metal on fuse holder so needs to be covered in electrical tape or replaced. Bezel with voltage dial decal can be turned so that it doesn't line up with the knob end user will need to epoxy or fasten this to maintain accurate display.
